Finally sold a Family House for $100 on ebay.  I had seen others moving at this price, but mine sat and sat.  My listings all expired yesterday.  I'm done until after Christmas so I don't have to worry about packages arriving on time.  Might have to finally look into doing some FBA to clear out some older stock that won't clear much on ebay and isn't selling locally.

I had the same issue with 6860, thing has sat at $99 for 7 months, I think I've sold 2.

I've sold 1 at that price, and it was combo'd with a couple other Batman sets.  My buy-in was really low on those, so no worries, but I do want to move them out before a new one      inevitably comes.  Was hoping to move some locally this Christmas season, but no bites yet.

Amazon has low ballers on Family House going at about $99 or so.  I'm holding onto the rest of mine until they clear out and it jumps back up to $120'ish.  I sold a few on EBay for $100.  I've also put my EBay store in vacation mode, as of last night.  I won't have to answer all the people who want expedited shipping for standard shipping prices.

Flip those 41101 grand hotels if you got em. Sold out everywhere and selling for between 225 and 240 on Amazon right now.

I bought one when they first released when TRU had some crazy stacking coupons. Think I paid roughly $70-$75. Should have gotten more. Shows sold out with a ship date after Christmas on shop at home.

(3) more of these sold this week in the $130 range + shipping,  domestic buyers.

Whats the deal with these? Just holiday demand?

Same with me Cig, I had lots of Chima stuff for a looong time, and now its flying off the shelves but to Korean buyers.  Is there something I dont know, seems Koreans love Chima.

I never had any problems with Chima. With luck and a bit of common sense I happened to choose the right sets.

No Korean buyers for me. Only Europeans. But who cares. As long as you sell, right?

True.  I am thinking a longer hold on early Ninjago and Chima sets may pay off if the series is becoming popular in Asia now.

Too late. I am almost out of (old) Chima and Ninjago sets. And they are not easy to find anymore. I believe the ghost has escaped the bottle on these themes.

Ok, today I earned a QFLL badge, beginner edition.

I sold a 31050 Corner Deli for $79 shipped one state over. Net profit of 59% for a 36 hour hold.

Lonely Mountain 79018 x2 for $180 each shipped. Buy-in on these averaged out to about $80 each. The first one sold this afternoon and I forgot to increase my price so the second one sold while I was watching Star Wars.

poe 75102 sold via CL for $100 paid $56 at ShopKo 10 minutes before the sale.  Wish my store had more.  Was really my first true QFLL and the feeling was great.  The ShopKo shares the same parking lot as the movie theatre and a dad wanted to surprise his son with this after they were done watching the movie.

I sold 5 gallimimus trap polybags (30320) to the same buyer on eBay for $125 shipped! I wish I would have gotten more of them lol. These things put that $10 Dino set (5882) to shame and I owe alpine my gratitude since he grabbed them for me :)
