Sold a sealed 7199 IJ Temple of Doom for $200, purchased for $115 6 months ago I have others, but this is just to give you an idea.

Yeah, this one has been great. Of course I did not clear a few shelves of these at some Walmarts for $7ish each. LOL.

I got a damaged box one for myself, because I liked the look of it, for $7.  But I remember my Walmart having tons of them on clearance for $8 and I passed.  I won't be making that same mistake again.

Too crowded? Maybe, maybe not--I still had to hold it for 10-11 months. Many won't hold anything for 30 days/until their credit card payment is due.

I bought 2-3 anytime I saw them cheap. Sold through my stash quick at $25+.

I sold mine at around $20 and never looked back

sold another Olivia's House ($85....$35 buy in) and the rest of my Decorating the Tree polybags ($12/each).  I started with 20 of those polybags and they've all sold within the last 2 weeks.

I got $169 shipped on a Fallingwater a little over a month ago. Seems like price is climbing!

I sold my last ToT for $25 shipped on eBay.  See you next year little set
