Yes my local Big W were putting the last two out on the first day of the sale, a guy in front of me and myself walked out with one each. Hate to rub it in, but the build is brilliant so far.

FBA:
75900 SD Mummy Mystery $32 ($5 buy-in)
75085 Hailfire Droid $51 ($16)
76063 Flash v Cpt Cold $22 ($5)
10674 Pony Farm $60 ($17)
75915 JW Pteranodon $37 ($9)

Had a good couple days:

  • Prime Day Glitch 75159 Death Star on BL for $460 plus shipping.
  • A Pegasus Sleigh and 2x Batboat Harbor for $81 on BL
  • A used Rocka XL on BL for $40

also got an OfferUp offer for the Death Star today (sold yesterday), so my buddy might grab a cheap one where he's vacationing to bring back to sell to them

1x 10225 R2-D2 for £150 cash. Dented box and I just had to get rid.

wall-e £80 (£26 buy in)

birds £68 (£33)

42028 bulldozer £64 (£20)

Hulkbusters £40 (£15)

Over the weekend to same buyer (not BP member):

10x 21006 White House for £400 - cost £23 each.

10x 20020 Trevi Fountain for £450 - cost £27 each.

10x 21022 Lincoln Memorial for £250 - cost £16 each.

10x 21304 Doctor Who for £320 - cost £22 each.

10x 60124 Volcano Exploration for £350 - cost £26 each.

I don't mind the Pet Shop loss as it's turkey and I had a good profit overall.

You don't happen to have another one of those that you're willing to sell to a fellow BP'er who's coming to visit London soon? ;)

Last month have sold

Wall-e for £75 (buy in £25) for a £35 profit
Ecto 1 for £55 (buy in £25) for a £25 profit
Winter holiday Train and tracks for £135 (buy in £65) for a £55 profit
Hulk Buster for £45 (buy in £18) for a £22 profit
Lego Force Friday posters for £45 (buy in 0) for a £40 profit
Dr Who for £50 (buy in £20) for a £23 profit
Red 5 for £300 (buy in £170) for a £120 profit.

All using eBay £1 FVF. Total profit of £320 which along with VIP points should cover most of the costs for the Falcon.

Said bye to my last Jango Fett (75107) buildable figure. Have been selling these and Clone Commander Cody (75108) in the AUD$45 - $55 range over the last 6 months. Buy in was AUD$17.20 each (AUD RRP $30). Profit per item has ranged from AUD$13 - AUD$30 due to eBay FVF discounts and postage discounts.

Haven't posted on this thread in ages, since most people seem not to any more, but have just had a very busy 10 days sales, by my standards, so thought I would share the positivity for all those naysayers out there. Maybe it's not all doom and gloom after all.

At least Red Five's price recovered over the summer.

I took a break from selling for most of the summer but here are some sales from the last month or so:

Sold 5 of 6  Destiny's Bounty 9446 minifigs for $35 shipped. They were part of a bulk lot with a couple big, incomplete sets I still have to finish piecing together.

3 complete sets of Mixels Series 8 for $180, $70 buy-in.

A bunch of other Mixels (2xMCPD, 2xMedivals, Weldos, and randoms) for $104, ~$70 buy-in but most of them also filled out SYW orders to hit points back targets.

The last of my Wii U Dimensions Starter Kits for $40 shipped, $10 buy-in. About $50 profit across all 4.

Open box A-Wing vs Darth Vader's Tie Advanced for $93.55 shipped, $50 buy-in.

Training Jet Transporter $53 shipped, $25 buy-in.

Resistance Troop Transport, StarScavenger, and Speed Champions Ford Raptor for $109, buy-in was $70.

2x Resistance Troop Transports $45 each, $27 buy-in. All of these sold within a couple days of each other.

First Order Transport for $76 shipped, $45 buy-in.

I might have sold too soon on the RTTs but I'll take that risk, the cash, and the Mask Makers I bought with it, instead.

Sold 2x  5004936 Iconic Cave Set for $10 each on eBay.  They were free after all...

Sold 60118 Garbage Truck on BL for $20. Buy-in was $15.  This is doing nicely.

Some highlights before the storm. BrickLink

2x Snow globes @ $29 each
1x cmf17 elf girl @ $4
2x Storm trooper minifigs @ $3.59 each
5x Wonder Woman Dimm minifigs @ $7 each

30315 space poly @ $5.49
30446 bay mobile polys at $5.75
30447 cpt America polys at $5.50
30448 Symbiate polys at $7.20

3x Skull Warriors @ $8.32 each

Arias creative workshop @ $10.99

Artic helicrane $40
10680 garbage truck $24
Bulldozers @ $30

76059 Doc Oct $29.69

Someone in the shelving thread gave me a hard time about buying 9x 60118 Garbage trucks for $15 back in January.
They sat on my plastic shelves for 8 months and sold them all at $29 a piece. And I'm still here =)
