What Lego set did you sell today and for how much?

Yeah... but there's a pink pony bucket replacing it. Maybe it won't matter, but I doubt it will see the growth of the pink castle. I hope I'm wrong.

raised the price on 10668 to $65 and sold 6 more today FBM.  msrp for this set was $14.99.  it was on the shelf of every target, walmart, tru, big y, and stop and shop grocery store.  >4x MSRP a year after retirement.  lil' pink brick buckets are my biggest moneymakers on a percentage basis year after year.  i need to stock up on those junior pony's being cleared for next year.

I picked up 3 today and sold them all instantly at $65 FBM.  Sold others too early...

errrr.... was not aware of that   have to check that one out.  the older pink buckets did very well.  i think people just like these big containers for something for storage.  i'm clearing my stock out at this price and this velocity and moving on.

i also sold a super stinker today - Superman Black Zero escape - i had the lowest price on amazon for like the last 8 months and i've sold 2.  today i sold one for $22 including shipping.  i paid $12 and still will end up eating like $1.50 after fees etc.  i should just part this set out - its never going to amount to anything.

It's a Friends/Juniors set, Mia's Farm Suitcase. I guess suitcases are the new bucket. Who knows if a suitcase>bucket or Friends>normal minifigs.

Now that CM is almost over, you have time to fix your exit sign... it's a little crooked.:)

ha everyone always comments on the exit sign.  It is hanging on for dear life.  Surprised it has never broken, knocked it off a few years ago stacking UPS outgoing to high.

Yeah....that wouldn't pass FD inspection ;)

Pretty sure I could still find the exit, though.

6081 King’s Mountain Fortress on BL for $109 plus $10.25 shipping.  I do have one more large castle set I plan to sell, 6074 Black Falcon’s Fortress, which I am very tempted to keep given its very good condition and rarity.  Thank you Christmas season!

cool

profit percentages definitely down but volume is still there.  Just been trying to buy bulk deals from the stores and taking advantage when the few good promos do come around.

Lot more opportunities to buy 50-100 of a set at a time at half off now than there was few years ago so will play the retail game aspect of it for now.

Amazon gates caused some ebay flooding problems and the ability to get best match as easy this year.  Pretty good at getting to the top of most but couldn't do it on some.  Some items had over 800 listings which is pretty damn crazy.  Just get lost in a sea of listings.

Not sure I can explain it, but 75054 - AT-AT just hit $290 for me FBA. It's taken a steep climb today.

I believe the correct term is BOOM

I believe it has to do with Cyber Monday. Every set has risen because a lot of sellers just sold through their whole stash. I know today was a record day for me. Over 85 lego sets but now my inventory has been depleted like many others probably.

the lowest FBM price climbed $25 (10%)  in the last 24 hours.  just the laws of demand and supply. :)
