Wow, it never ceases to surprise me how much US and European prices can differ. I thought I did well selling mine for $83 on eBay earlier this week lol.

Can't break into the US market (and it's stupid high GBH prices) though...All my buyers for the promo sets have been Canadians... People are stupid I guess? If you sort by Price + shipping (lowest first) I'm always in the top 10 listings... I suppose it's not going to estimate Duties from my Canadian IP address, but still my prices are lower than the majority. Trying the auction approach now, I think more people try sorting by "Ending Soonest", so we'll try that as an attention grabber for US buyers next... Any tips from other Canadian sellers welcomed...

Do you hand deliver these things? FBA takes around a week for me for shipping, receiving, and processing. 

I shipped out friday to fullfillment center that is 30 min from my house. It is just a pass through but still goes for sale as backordered but was sold within 5 minutes of hitting available.

Did a couple more Train/Gingerbread/Santa's combos today. Both listed as auctions starting at $99 with Buy it Now, both active at the same time, one BIN at $150, other at $155....

Someone clicked Buy it Now on the $155 listing without seeing my cheaper BIN option, while the other went unnoticed and someone scored it at starting bid, alas... Balances at a nice $125 shipped each though! Go Gingerbread go!
