March 30, 2018. This is a date that will forever be remembered. I can get a little emotional at times. As an adult, there are a few instances when I've shed a tear. I cried when my son was born. I cri

Good news and Bad news for me.

Good - Sold my last 21021 Marina Bay Sands on Amazon last week for $700. (Paid $230).

Bad - I shipped with prioirty mail with signature confirmation, but the problem is... this package is lost... And guess what, I didn't buy insurance...

I've had luck with this form. Every time I've filled it out, the item has started tracking within 24 hours...Good luck!

Where did you sell them? Ebay or amazon.de?

I do try to ship Priority 98% of the time.  It only costs a $1 or $2 more in most cases,, almost certainly guarantees 2 or 3-day delivery and it's sometimes cheaper.

Oh, totally with you there. I dive to Parcel Select once the cost difference hits about $3.

Basically, ALWAYS priority for Zones 1-5 (thanks to the September 2014 rate revisions), sometimes priority for Zones 6-8 (lighter via Priority, heavier via Parcel Select).

Favorite sale of the past week was a 4867 Hogwarts for $199.95 on Amazon. Was my last one, bought for $35 a couple of years ago. Just seems like it's impossible to go much higher, but I have been wrong on Harry Potter already.

I am hoping/banking on the theme coming back in some form with the new book/movie down the road. Could go the Star Wars route and release some classic sets again.

Congrats on the sale but I can't wrap my head around why that makes any sense as a buyer.

Even with the 10% back in ebay bucks, they'd be paying less to buy from LEGO Shop at Home and get 10% back in VIP.

Either the buyer is international or has to pay tax when buying from LEGO Shop at Home

Or the buyer's clueless. Plenty of them out there. Just as much as there are idiot drivers on the road.

Sold another complete set (7 total kits) of Speed Champions on eBay for $320. The few sets I've sold have all gone via eBay Global Shipping to International buyers. FYI.

And I've put several kits from my Craigslist lot up on eBay, including the 4x4 Crawler, 42006 Excavator, Mindstorms NXT, and 4504 Millenium Falcon.

Which 7 kits?

Which 7 kits?

All 7 speed champion kits. The 4 cars, McLaren Pit Stop, Porsche finish line, and Ferrari transport. Sorry, I'm mobile and don't have kit numbers memorized.

Well, uh, that's not quite what it's intended for, but I see where you're going.

It was worth a shot.  To be clear, I'm not trying to be negative towards another member, I was just making a observation.
