Pretty much goes back to what I said in the other Simpsons threads, the house really is the 'safest' and most iconic part of the TV series with a scale that would be difficult to match correctly for anything else if it happened. Unfortunately, this also means we won't be seeing an irish pub modular house in the future. Haha.

This sounds like a great idea until you realize that making that many modular sizes sets would either financial ruin me or mentally drive me insane because i couldnt buy them all. Plus where would you put them all? i already consume half of my basement, i would need to buy a second home to display them.

Let's not forget that there might be sticky fingers at the Lego B&M stores. I am sure that it happens here and there. I bought one with a little discount and sold it on Amazon for 260 USD. I am new to selling on Amazon and the fees take a little to get used to with the shipping discounts.

Was thinking the same to just make the purchases now. With it being an exclusive I highly doubt it's going to be discounted EOL or at any other time really?

I don't see this ever being discounted, IMHO.  Demand seems pretty high too.  It's consistently out of stock on LEGO Shop at Home UK.
