Bought a craigslist lot...many bricks marked on with permanent marker.  Is there anything I can soak them in or something?  Figured someone would know, thanks!

I've used a little WD-40 to clean before. Spray a small amount on a cloth and wipe the bricks off. Gets tedious if you have a lot to do. Wash with soapy water when you are done.

Interesting, I`ve never heard of that before. You`ve got me wanting to try it out now!

I'm not sure of the long term affect it may have on the plastic, but it's worked well thus far. Really good at old sticker goo.

I used white vinegar and it cleaned the bricks very well.

Also nail polish remover should work...

Thanks for the great responses!  I'm pretty much done with craigslist now, too many liars telling me their sets are complete or outright scammers trying to steal my money.
