I know the body and legs are Johnny Thunder but I cannot find who the head belongs to.

    The torso and legs are from here as you know. 

    And the head is here. 

     

    Also, here are the 2 mini figures which that head is officially used on  :thumbsup:

    Awesome! That was super quick.  Thanks for the help.  I have one more fig that I am going to try to figure out.  This figure has a handlebar mustache and a goatee. If I can't figure it out, I will post it.
