Starting a thread for tomorrow. Post out the deals you find at your Lego store - guessing there will be some new stuff discounted maybe in the stores? Winter sets? I plan to go tomorrow, but am guessing you Euros and east coasters will have the first info. 

There is a something on brickset about this. From the list, there does not seem to be lot of interesting sets in sale. Here is a link.

In a way, that's disappointing. But hen again, it saves me the trip, since it's 45 minutes away.

Nothing great. $84 for EDB is not bag. The Bite CYcle Ninjago set is retiring soon.

 

And Equilas Striker is a decent Chima set. Target Exclusive - under the radar

Baxter's Robot Rampage appears like the only good one on the list apart from possibly Equila's Ultra Striker. I would imagine neither sticking around for much longer and 30% off is the best deal I have seen for either.

Eaquilas Striker at Target with the 10% on Saturday was the best as it was already at 31.99$.

 

I think that set is a huge sleeper. I have 4 and really wouldn't mind adding another 10 or so.

I got an email from Lego titled "Our biggest sale of the year starts today!" - I was very underwhelmed with the deals after clicking through to them

At what time did you get there?

So I went to my local Lego store today, and they did not have much on sale. A couple damaged sets were 10% off, and there were a couple ploybags on sale. What surprised me most was that I found a 7065 Alien Mothership for $29.99, which is 50% off. This set retired last year in 2012, and they still had on at the Lego store. I didn't buy that set, but I did get to fill my free PAB box that I got on Brick Friday.

Yeah, I was there around the same time and they had another Chess set (which I bought). Asked if they had more and they said that was the last one, but it was not on the Castle section.

I noticed that too when I was in to grab two WVCs, olds. Did you see any more WVCs left in OP?

Anybody know if the stores will be getting anymore of the chess sets?  I called last week and my closest store had none.  I forgot to ask if they were planning on getting anymore in.

Some guy came in and bought the last 7 chess sets here. The employees were all mad at him. Called him an evil reseller and tried to limit him until he kicked up a fuss. He beat me to it. Stupid reseller.

I drove to my LEGO store yesterday and the only stuff on sale were Chima sets for 20% off.  That's what you get when your LEGO store is located right in the middle of the most affluent county in the region

The thing about Orlando (at least from what I've been told by employees, is that they have the largest storage room in the US. Apparently they send excess stuff here to clear fast, since we have a crazy amount of people visiting every single day and the store is located in Disney....imagine how full the store was today lol
