Has anyone read anything on plans for more X-Men Lego? I seem to recall someone mentioning a licensing issue, but I really want to see some sets. Cyclops, Nightcrawler...maxi-figure Colossus....man. Put a Gambit figure in a single set only, that's a $20-25 figure right? 

 

Going to keep wishing for this, with a 1000+ piece Professor X's school set at the top of the list.

I want Iceman and Cable.

The X-Men seem to have a lot of possibilities for actually great sets. How about the X-Mansion or brick built sentinel.

The real question is where are the larger sets for Super heroes period? All we have is the Batcave (Medium), Quinjet (Medium) and the Asylum.

 

I want to see more large play sets. Imagine a Gotham city or Shield HQ?

I'm not sure we will see many X-men releases honestly. Maybe two or three more sets spread in there over the next couple years...

This sucks, I'd rather have X-Men than the Avengers.

 

 

I guess they don't really have anything to tie in with.  The Avengers with the Avengers movies and Spiderman with the Ultimate Spideman cartoon.  I think X-Men movie license is tied to Fox, so we won't see anything tied to the movie.  

Mega bloks had x men mini figs out last year. They had a lot of the ones mentioned.

I would love a ucs helicarrier set to be released

Can't be license issue since the Wolverine set with Magneto would step on that.

You would think that they would come out around the time of the new movie but since theres been v little news on them it does seem odd. 

forget the simpsons, i want all the x-men.  most of all an Angel and archangel ohh and a multiple man and the rest of X-factor (will never happen)

1:5 would be good.  I think most are around 20-25 feet. Love to see a final product if you decide to tackle this.

I don't think it would even matter that there are no good current tie-ins for the X-Men.  Lego has got to know that there are enough of us fanboys (and fangirls too!) out there to make X-Men sets a smashing success.  Anything comic book/super hero from Marvel or DC is pretty much a guaranteed success.  Tie-ins or not, how could it fail?

with Storm coming out his year and no news of others it seems like it will be at least 10 years until we get the x-team

Considering there are two X-Men films on the horizon and all the characters we saw in the Lego Marvel game, we will see more or these characters eventually.

Quick suggestion. You should probably use a flesh colored head to match the hands.
