Anyone having create shipping label problem on ebay?

Featured Replies

For the past couple of hours, I wasn't able to create FedEx shipping labels from ebay page.  After I click "Create Label" button, either I get an error "Unable to store files in staas." or it hangs at "We are retrieving information.  Please wait." message.

Called ebay support and the problem could be at my end, but I am not convinced.

Anyone has similar issue, or is it just me?

I have seen this before in two situations:

1. The label was messed up - the persons address was wrong and causing some weird problem. I had to print it using my outside Ebay account.

2. The server was messed up and ALL labels were doing this. Took a couple hours and then it started working.

I had an international order once where the ebay reps didn't even understand why it wouldn't allow me to purchase the postage through USPS. They forwarded the problem to their tech department and told me to take the package to the post office. I ended up just using USPSs own site, it cost a little more but I didn't want the package to ship late.
