He's showing that he's shipping out of Chicago, IL but has an international phone number from, it looks like, Poland. He's asking for $4000 (maybe, "prices vary") for an item that he then has to create and build and deliver or have you pick up... sometime that is not specified.

    The mosaic of the girl on the bottom of the page I have seen before.  I think it was here:  http://charliejane.kinja.com/   but I can't find it now.  Would not surprise me if those pictures were just random web pics he posted as his.  Though that is a nice glass case.  My idea would be a Mr. Gold army using non-custom Mr. Golds.  I would want 800 of them lined up and maybe another 200 in packaging.  It still would be under his brick count, too!
