And that's the key. As long as you follow an strategy with the sets you like (say, I'll buy 5 TOO by the time it reaches 2 years on the shelves or whatever), retirement talk shouldn't matter too much.

Emazers has 20 of these, all mint boxes as I been buying them for the last 2 years at the Lego store. I am not getting anymore, hopefully they will do great.     Ed

so if you bought 20 over 2 years, sounds to me like you were never that high on it compared to other sets.  Over the last 2 years myself, I purchased other sets instead of 10237. E.g. modulates, UCS SW, 10228 and 10224

My latest order (1st of August) on the SaH EU has just been cancelled by LEGO.

No ToO, no Winter Soldier, but fortunately, my Friends polybag has been shipped (I have sold the last one under 3€...).

It's marked as "sold out" on German LEGO Shop at Home, and the LotR theme category is gone, too.

Yeah... I have found several today on my small roadtrip. But all at 230 euro. So I passed.

I guess I will keep it at two. Which were bought below 200 euro each.

Jeez that's expensive. We like to think our Lego is expensive, but 230 euro is about 25% more than the price here. And thats after two price adjustments to compensate for the weakening Rand.

My 2nd ToO Arrived today. The Lord of the Rings is no longer listed as a theme on the Irish SAH. So now I probably won't build the one that I was going to :-)

Cancelled a few minutes ago :-(

In Italy it is 199€ .... If you find it in stores

In Germany 199 as well. But it is all gone. That is the problem.

The fact that LEGO is canceling orders abroad does point to a sooner rather than later retirement, in my opinion. Nothing that hasn't been mentioned before, but it reassures me a little bit lol

It's probably gone

It is not coming back (at least in the EU) as CS told me it is actually done.

Maybe we can keep an eye on SaH for the next hours/days. Sometimes they come back with a few? Call to check?

Hopefully it's done. It will be some consolation for all the PS's I'm sitting on...luckily I'm not a DS believer. I think it's ridiculously overhoarded as everyone wants it to be the next 10179.

Sure, this happens sometimes. So let's see and keep an eye on SaH :geek:

I will post a.s.a.p. when I see something.

I promise
