What's wrong with Batman's head?  It's all green and toothy.  :)

Thanks..the guy said he has some other stuff lying around. Hopefully it is the complete set. highly doubt it though..he said he has some cannons

It's totally Killer Croc's head. You should ask if they have any other pieces, you might be able to score the rest of the body.

Joker Bombs were that terrible trans yellow.

 

He's got the tommy gun, it's clearly Waylon Jones dressed up as Batman.
