I was just at my local Target to do a price match - $5 coupon - 5% Red Card savings on a Dragon Mountain (70403) and I noticed they had three Ninjago Lasha's Bite Cycle sets (9447) marked with clearance stickers at $17.48

 

The price was not quite low enough to get my to buy, but this might be an indication of what they want to clear out. I will probably check back in a week to see if there are further reductions.
