P.S. Given 3 tiers (local, regional, national), i am too confused to ever use Fedex One Rate (making "One Rate" an oxymoron)

 

Anyone was able to make any sense out of that system? Box selection does not seem that great (http://images.fedex.com/images/us/onerate-landing/Price_PDF_v6.pdf?lid=oneratepdfprice_oneratecouponpage) for lego shipping i believe. And it still feels that Home Delivery/Ground would be cheaper or comparable
