Anyone have any luck picking up any fabled GBHQ @ 20% off?

I thought GBHQ were only available for that short period of BigW toy sale, it was like gone after the 1st day or maybe up to the 3rd day of that toy sale. If lucky, we might see it make its apperance on the shelves again before Xmas. (Around my area, they didn't even make it to the shelves. They were stored at the back of Big W until a customer ask for it.)

I know, I'm only stirring as well. (Un)fortunately, I grabbed the last two.

Your find inspired me ,so I headed down to my local country BigW for a look. Nothing much on the shelves but when I asked about what was out the back, out came a minty box UCS Sandcrawler at 20% off.

Didnt have any GBHQ's left but I'm not keen on hanging onto that for years waiting for it to retire anyway.

Also found a battle on takodana for $50 cause the box was a bit squashed.

Yup Big W it is...just got to try my luck later after work...doubt there are any GBHQ left but you never know and might get lucky.

Called half a dozen stores in my local area, no luck on any of the three large sets. Also just received my Myer Slave I order and one of them was opened, flaps missed, badly damaged box. Not happy! Called the service line and they offered me a $20 gift card or a refund, as they are fully OOS Australia-wide.

 

Also just received the Target toy sale catalogue, hardly a sale. Disappointing to say the least

Myer are shockers.

Check out The Hut.com . Free shipping to oz and they're having a sale. Example, ISD's are about $110 au shipped. I'd buy some but I'm broke haha.

Snagged a 75912 Porsche 911 GT Finish Line for $44 (50% off rrp) from Big W this arvo. Hoping this means that the first wave of speed champs is nearly done.

I checked the site, thanks for link, but do prices include or exclude VAT?

Not entirely sure considering I made my first transaction on there last night, but there's a button at the top that changes your currency to AUD. No tax payable, I assume (unless customs pulls it up entering the country).

The transaction is VAT exempt.
