Anyone still wanting to pick up the Haunted House in Melbourne can find them at Altona Gate K Mart for $189. I picked up a couple today and there are at least 3 left.

Some have been discounted further in some stores, so just keep an eye out. 

Olivia house is 33% off at Myer $87 ea. Im trying to find a reason why I shouldn't buy.

Sadly here in Australia I believe the Friends line to be mainly a spud. Just my opinion but I rarely sell any of them. 

I bought two sets of Olivia house, I found that Friends should be very good investment, given that it always retires early.

But, I couldn't buy more, because there are still risks associated.

So is my local store. I have 5 already so happy to wait and see if they discount further. I believe they have 6 more here as well so I can be patient.

My local store had no HH's left when I was there on Friday. Only the $189 clearance tag was standing. A store further across town had a 5 left on shelf. I hope they do restock!
