Is the Lego arch. guggenheim for $101 good price? or have I missed the boat on that one.

link pls :)

Id love one for my personal collection.

And yes, they are slow sellers, it might take up to 6 months to move it at the market rate but a solid investment

You order direct from Guggenheim itself. I got a price for two including postage to my address and it worked close to 101 each. Yes they still have some.

USD or AUD?

Get one, we could put in an order and get the postage cost down. You still have space on those costco shelves?

So the $101 is the unshipped price I take it? I would think you need to add on $30ish for postage from the US?

Ah, just checked, the price is in USD, I forgot to convert.  $134 each for two. Doesn't sound so good now.

No it did include postage. I forgot to convert to Aussie dollars, $134 each for two, the more you order the postage starts to be better value.

Wish I did, they have taken up one side of my garage and the wife of all people has told me to grab another couple before the next order arrives lol.

Directly from the Guggenheim itself, who would have thunk it ? I wouldn't have come to with that idea. It is EOL, can't remember when it did actually go EOL.

134 shipped is a bit steep, but not ludicrous . It's more than the BP market rate, but there are so few on sale that is hard to really know how much they should go for.

These days it just seems not pay to buy from abroad, except from SAH, or if you buy a set without a box to minimise on parcel size.

Yikes, that's funny. Have you thought about the James May concept  to save space!

Haha, I think I"m past that.

I need to off load some sets for more room lol

Buy 1 get 1 half price at TRU Australia!  Star Wars, City, Duplo, Disney, Marvel, Juniors!!

Arctic Base $109 and second for $55!  Too good!

That would work out to $82 a set. Would Arctic base be good to team up with ice breaker and supply plane as a group pre-xmas sales, or should they be stand alone?

Haha, I seen that you have edited your post, was going to mention that your math may be a little out ;)

Pretty much the same set sans ship/research centre. Ship will probably be more sort after considering its exclusiveness.

Hope that some of mine on backorder still come through. Awesome little set!

You should be fine, they will be filling preorders.

Yep, math was skewed.  So you would group the supply plane with research base, then ship on it's own?? I must get more ships.

Hi everyone, dropped into kmart on the way home and all the agent stuff is on clearance. Anything worth picking? The agent HQ is $95.
