VW just arrived, but all gone. They said more stock will come in 1-2 week time.

They're clearing out the shelf of many city sets right now. The shelf was almost empty. Might see something new soon

 

Target

Batman Arkham Asylum & R2D2 were there. Probably about 6 each.

Can anyone down under let us know what the May the 4th sales are looking like once it gets to midnight? They might not be the same for us stateside but might give us a glimpse into what we could see as well.

Speaking from NZ, they're absolutely rubbish...

But  theUS often has a completely different range of sets on sale to NZ/AU anyway.

thought i read somewhere today that there is going to be new deals everyday, but not sure if there is much validity to that. guess we'll see.

21309 SV just about to go through the $400 barrier on eBay. Could have had these for $115 delivered not long ago.

Good idea. Don’t think $600 is out of the question, maybe more. I have a built one on display and it really does look fantastic.

Getting one of these. Will be interesting to see the effect on 75919.

Last BB-8 gone for $220, was the last of the Target Country specials ($55.20) I picked up last year. Going to miss Target country.

 

 

Wednesday the 10th Aldi special buys include 3 Lego sets for $49.99.

Only one I'm pondering is 60194 Arctic Scout Truck (RRP was $69.99, Retired at start of year, has sold on eBay for $140, before this crashes that price). Could be a 3 - 4 years before we see the Arctic sub theme come around again.

Wow , you have to be quick on the draw these days. LEGO Shop at Home restocks are disappearing in a matter of minutes.

LEGO stocks are pretty much disappearing from the retail shops, LOL. I am only seeing LEGO city and super heroes stuff (all the ugly ones and not the awesome batmobile).

Hidden Side is the only one I see . Lots and lots of Hidden Side.

I didn’t even bother. Amazon was heaps easier with no cancellations and far quicker shipping.

I got the Ducati...but not really that anyone want to fight over it...I heard that the big sets were like gone in a blink.....some not even a blink...

Luck of the draw - was logged in 11:59 told the queue was 45 minutes - hit refresh and 12:01 was in. 12:10 all done.
