VW just arrived, but all gone. They said more stock will come in 1-2 week time.

They're clearing out the shelf of many city sets right now. The shelf was almost empty. Might see something new soon

Batman Arkham Asylum & R2D2 were there. Probably about 6 each.

Im not looking to sell a current set. This one is long retired.

Big W online having a 15% of sale on selected sets. Only two sets worth getting for me.

read the thread that some of our American friends are picking up Greivous buildables for $7 ?

I saw the GG buildables marked down at Kmart $29(?), but didnt seem to be much of a discount.

I picked some Jango's and Cody's they seem to be doing alright on feebay, so if these are due for retirement soon.......

$29? That's awesome. I've never seen them under $40. Saying that I did nab 2 GG for $50 from target when they had BOGOF. Had a min buy of $200 or so but the website glitched and let me buy it anyway. 

I have them all built and in my opinion, GG is by far the best.

I don't usually buy buildables, it was the price that sold me on these two.

The helmeted characters look cool.

Hey guys, anyone buy bulk Lego? I know its ridiculous to ask but is there a standard price per kg I should be looking at. Obviously if I know what sets are in there or if theres a thousand SW minifigs price per kg doesnt matter quite so much but yeah, does anyone have any suggestions?

If its Gumtree and just looks to be random bits, I offer $20 per kilo. If I see a good set hiding in there I'll go up a bit.

Big w will have the gb firehouse and helicarrier on sale 16/6. Big w gift cards 8% off at cash rewards.

Great - thanks. All these bulk loads of LEGO for 50$/kg on ebay were throwing me.

I hate it though when people dont give a weight. Makes it hard. I was looking at a bulk lot that someone described as a third of a cubic metre. Not sure what to do with that!

Yep me either. Might be worth getting in before the sale and sticking what your after on laybuy.

 have seen helicarriers and death stars at big w a couple of times this year.

i will be aiming to layby one GB firehouse as soon as it comes it, and then pay it off when they are having a 20% sale.

This will be for my collection - not resale (unless I can get a huge gain and a local sale :-) )

Second that, i never seen any of these large sets appear again after a short time at my local Big W's.....

Sandcrawler is there too for $389 .

Target rumoured not to be doing a mid year toy sale.
