Sorry if you did not pick up my sarcasm detector.  My I digress comment was a way of joking that perhaps we should move along (because earlier I commented about how I do not like Chima not really because of being off topic).

I know it's off topic :-) but I say yes on this. Gets a lot of airtime on the show, my kids love him. And will only be in one set most likely. It's a cool maxifig, he battles a lot of giant trolls in our house.

Just 1, I then placed a 2nd order (for 1 again) and it was cancelled also.

Both went from Customer Service to Cancelled. Odd considering that the most of any set I`ve order on this account is 3.

Haha, I`m not concerned, it would be a bump in the road for sure, but that`s it. Plenty of ways around said ban, guess I`m phoning Lego tomorrow though to see for sure. Will let you guys know what happens! Quick question though, why is my account still active if it is in fact a ban? Why would they not close it off? In any case, another forums badge would be a welcome addition

Well, you might not be banned, you never know.  They could have cancelled because of a number of reasons, try calling them.  I rolled the dice over the past 2 months and ordered multiple haunted houses and T1's in order to get multiple promos, and then ordered another T1 again today to get the mini T1 promo, and I haven't seen the banhammer yet.  I'm playing with fire for sure but luck seems to be on my side.

Interesting, ya you`re definitely playing with fire there. Haha, the funny thing is I haven`t ordered a whole heck of a lot, at least what I`d consider a lot. I buy my exclusives from ToysRUs or in store and only order things for the promos online. Guess I`ll find out tomorrow.

@rtisan, that sucks...hope it's not a ban for you.  I ordered 2 late last night and it has already processed/submitted to warehouse for shipping.  Called customer rep few mins ago to adjust my order to just ONE set but she politely said it was too late.  Good luck with your order (status).      

For whatever reason every single one of my lego orders stays in "In Process" for at least 4 days before it ships. My local Lego warehouse is Mississippi though, so who knows what kind of slack jawed nonsense goes on there.

No nonsense going on here.....my orders from MS ship within hours if I order before noon and if I order after noon it ships the next morning.

My orders always do the same thing. Makes me nervous to ever order more than one of something even within a few days of each other.

Weird I have never had one take less than 4 days to process. When I ordered two advent calendars earlier this month they were in process for 6 days, 8 if you include the weekend.

Same here, placed an order at 10pm Sunday and shipped Monday afternoon from MS facility.  Always ships the next day.

As one in print & distribution if Lego was really optimized they would be having yours take several days to process because via fedex ground you get it next day or so if you live close and then they work on ones that are further from their distribution point first so everything times in the same delivery time to customer from order window.   That is a standard industry practice and could be a reason but I am not sure they are doing that.
