May be something others already know, but if giving a refund through paypal and you don't have a balance, Paypal doesn't front the money. they contact your bank and it will usually take several days.

 

Many of you may already know this.

 

You also cannot cancel it once it happens. I have never had a problem before. I was trying to refund someone yesterday and it is pending until thursday and though I now have money in my account, nothing can be done paypal said. Luckily it was so we could cancel a transaction and repurchase so my ebay buyer is cool.

 

But I wanted to alert anyone who had to give a refund to an Ebay buyer. Don't want to take a chance on getting a negative because you have to wait 4 days.
