On another note.... hot rumor for Wal-Mart on Black Friday..... supposedly they will have Metroplex at $58.88! This unconfirmed but I have read it and heard it from a few people/sources now.

Do you think Ed and Jeff should create a "TransPicker" website?

Every three Wal-Mart Black Friday Metroplexes is one more Haunted House you could have bought. Shame on you.

Don't worry I will always keep getting Haunted Houses, as I got 5 more in the last few days, and hope to get more before the Double points expire, and having $1000 worth of Lego gift cards helps.

I wonder if this will be online too.  I definitely am not stepping foot in a Walmart on BF.

 

On a side note...you think some afol hate resellers.  It is much worse in the transformer community.  Most hate scalpers.  I think it is mostly do to the limited stock and sporadic distribution of the figures.

Transformer collectors prefer trades, I've found... And actual monetary value is of little concern, too. I met a CL guy who does transformer deals weekly but has never profitted a dime, he says. I traded him a VW camper for an MP soundwave i think i created a new AFOL.

If this set does see this type of Black Friday discount that will totally destroy any secondary market value for a long time to come. Hope no one is hopping on this with $$$ in their eyes. The TF is much different from the Lego market.

It's on all the TF websites.....This isn't some top secret info that only emazers has access to.

I'd certainly grab one for $60 if it popped up online, that's a great deal.
