I've been looking at this set its on sale at amazon and gains are pretty good for a newish set what do you guys thinkl

 

 

This is a neat little set, but I don't see these high sales prices on eBay lasting too long.  You will likely see the first price spike start to taper off and meet the retail price shortly.  Then, you'll see it dip below the retail price until it retires.  If it were 2 months ago and you wanted to capitalize on the initial set release price spike, I would say go for it.  If you're buying it to flip now, I don't think you'll make much of anything.  If you're buying for investment now, it will likely be around for awhile, although there's never a guarantee of that so if you REALLY like it, grab 1-2.

I will say I'm surprised the price has held as high as it has for 2 months.  Usually these begin to taper off after a month after everyone begins to see it in retail stores. 

I'd rather buy the new Town Square from Amazon Italy/Spain and part it out.
