I recently decided to try to sell off my Legos on bricklink and have found that the user interface is extremely hard to use. I loaded a few items just to try it out and finally received an email about someone trying to purchase my items but they are asking for a bypass number to complete their order.

Any idea what they are wanting? He is from South Korea and I have no experience with international shipping.

Any advice s greatly appreciated! I went nuts on recent sales and need to unload this inventory!

Did you set a minimum purchase in your store?

Yes I set a $5 minimum

Did he say what he wanted to buy? There's a bypass password for minimum sums and locked stores.

 

How about a link to your store, so we can troubleshoot?

You probably should contact bricklink tech support if you have issues with their website.  I use bricklink and while I found it difficult at first with practice it gets easier, like most things in life.
