If you use the search box at the top left of the screen, you'll be able to see what average new and used sold prices are on eBay. I usually do a spot check on recent eBay sales just to make sure the market hasn't done something exciting since the last update here, but I've found the price guide pretty reliable.

I would pay a little more for this one. That set is still rising some in value and I have seen a lot on Ebay incomplete and selling for more money. SO I would obviously try for lowest possible but I think the set is still awesome at $100 or so to build.
