At Walmart: Pet Shop & Fire Brigade back in stock for $107 each Tower Bridge back in stock too - $176

The Pet Shop, Fire Brigade, and Tower Bridge are all out of stock. Diagon Alley is available still (as of this post).

They will probably keep showing up in stock, back out of stock for a while with all the returns. They probably sell all of them, get 50% back because they are destroyed, sell again, rinse and repeat until people take all the damaged items. I have absolutely no interest in Harry Potter, but I have thought about picking up the Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley for investment.

@Huskers1236 - i thought about that too, thats why i choose store pick up - if the boxes are damaged will get a refund on the spot i hope both of us are wrong :)

Yeah, me too. I am awaiting confirmation for delivery, should be here this week. I hope I'm not sending back, because they were great deals. I expect the newer sets like R2D2 to be fine, but older like the Death Star, I am anxious. Others have had luck with the DS and actually said it showed up in the outer Lego box, which is what I am hopeful for. If they don't work out, I'll try it again.
