So, as many of you already now I have bought several big lots of minifigs over the past months, and have reached a point where I have literally no space to place them while they are waiting to be sold. I like to have them all displayed, both to enjoy them while I have them and to have them organized for when they sell (easier to find, just grab it and into the envelope).

I was thinking about building a VERY plain/simple stand that has 3 or so floors of space where to place the figs and would like to know if any of you have any recommendations. I am really just a set builder, meaning I have no clue about creating MOCs or in depth knowledge of LEGO piece selection, so whatever you can suggest helps.

I was thinking just having the longest baseplates available and a bunch of 2x2 bricks to make the support columns. Again, this is not supposed to be decorative, just functional and cheap.

I love to keep it simple, if you're not to worried about presentation

Actually, the guy who sold me the SW just sold me all the stands and base plates where he had them displayed for $20. Considering the raised base plate alone has sold for $18, I think it was a pretty decent deal. I'll use them and eventually sell them

Yeah thats not a bad deal at all man.

I built myself a simple white one in a grandstand style kind of like that first pic.
