Does anyone else fill out the online survey for shopping at the Lego store? I always do it out of courtesy, even though it's kind of pointless. I wish Lego would offer a few VIP points for customers that complete the survey.

I fill it out also. I don't really know why. It must be because I am always full of good will and cheer after leaving that place.

That would be a nice incentive I only do it when the employee is really nice or bends rules.  I never give a bad survey, figuring min wage retailers have it bad enough

It seems like it could be a good opportunity for lego to get more people to sign up for the VIP program if they offered points for filling out the survey. They get important feedback, they also get more people with VIP cards who will presumably use them to buy more product.

I do not fill out the Lego Store Customer Survey often.  The only reason for this is because I do not have the time to fill them out. When I have the time, I will fill one out. I agree with everyone saying that they should give out VIP points for completing the survey.

1001 posts. Congratulations!

Thanks. Now my goal is to catch up with TheOrcKing and his 5000+ posts. One post at a time. By the way, there is another survey that TLG offers. It is the one that you find somewhere in the instructions. I have not done that one, but I hear that you could win a free Lego set if you participate in that survey.
