I apologize if this topic has been around the block and back....however, has anyone purchased any of these for their collecting or investment portfolio.  It would seem to me, this mini-fig would be popular based on its scarcity.  However, it hasn't gained any traction in the US.......thoughts?

I think there isn't a lot of popularity in the US for a European toy store mascot, and even less for one with a terrible hair piece - it looks like early Beatles gone wild with a big "BR" billboard on it. 

 

The torso and legs are kinda meh, too.

 

IMO, that is one awful fig.
