    Actually, with BIN/Auction combo listings, the BIN is a first-come-first-serve thing. Once the first bid has come in, the BIN offer is taken off. It wouldn't be fair to be bidding on an item, only to have someone BIN, would it! ;)

    Yep. That is right. I noticed that a long time ago. People always want to go for the cheaper price for some reason.
