Elaborate... What kind of multiples are we talking about?  I ordered 2 of each minecraft and 7 Halloween sets.

Ah, well I don't know then.  If they were under the limit, I wouldn't see there being a problem.  Maybe they are fulfilling at least one per person first?

I placed 6 orders, all for different sets and no more than 1 copy of each set. 2 have shipped. 4 are in customer service.

Either that or Lego is taking another step to limit items per household.  You can probably assume you are on their radar now.

lol what are you talknig about .. I bought 15 chess sets last month. I bought another 5 sets and i called 10 mins later to cancel it .. they told me it was to late and they had shipped it already. 3 days later they finally shipped it. I am going to assume they wanted to sell it to me and could care less if I buy 50 more chess setrs.. or else they would have just canceled it instead of lying to me.

Lol I doubt I am, but maybe - it sounded before like a lot of others were in customer service - which a lot of them go anyway.

 

I already got two of each exclusive from an actual store - didn't use VIP though to keep it on the DL. :)

I have only placed one order this month so far, but my general policy with the Lego store has been to let one order get completely through to "shipped" (and verify from the tracking that it has indeed left Lego and is en route) before placing the next. I don't know if it's necessary, but it feels much cleaner to me to get everything out the door so that there's no opportunity for orders to be combined, etc.

I had an order placed in "Customer Service" when I ordered 2 sets of 2 Deloreans. Everything ended up shipping, but I'm guessing that I'm on their radar now.

My 4 orders finally moved from Customer Service to Processing. The extra mini VW was cancelled out of each order as expected.

Was the clone trooper as well? Are you still going through with the orders?

 

Mine moved to processing as well - however the campers are all there.

I still got the campers and clone troopers. What got cancelled out was the double campers that for some reason had shown up on mine and a couple of other peoples orders.

Ahh - makes more sense. I was starting to think I was going to have to cancel something. Lol
