Any chance this could be on its way out? Most walkmarts had it on discount and lego.com has "call for availablility" tag...

I've been wondering the same thing - I've bought a few on clearance with battered boxes to part out, and have been keeping my eye out for a discounted perfect box to put aside for longer term, but no luck so far.

I hope it's soon, i was able to pick up 5 for $20 each at Walmart.

I really think this set would be a complete failure if not for the hulk. I have it displayed but the hulk is the only thing people care about.

Lol technically you weren't wrong about the figure! Really all the sets kind've filter into eachother though because almost every one of them could contain every character in the series.

These are still $100 in Sweden. It is really hard to find any Lego sets at anything but double the US price, super heroes in particular.

I think they'll EOL it by December.  They are sold out on Amazon and the price is going up up and up by 3rd party sellers.

Sold out on amazon, Walmart, and perhaps even lego.com. I only see it available online on target and amazon price is already over retail. Nt sure the investment potential here, but maybe worthwhile to hold some...

I went to my local Meijer. They had 2 on clearance for $40. I asked if there was any more and they said that's all they had left (aka not restocking).

It's a great pickup if they don't put the Hulk in another set... maybe it will disappear soon and jump by Christmas.

I've picked up 4 at $35 at walmart...theres probably like 10 more that I could grab, but I really want them to mark it down more and get them for $20 or less....

They are still full MSRP around me. But I'd bite at 30% off or more.

If this is true, then this set should do pretty well if only for the Hulk minifigure.  Do not underestimate the popularity of Hulk and those completists out there.  I've done pretty well with other collectibles because of such completists, and Hulk hasn't let me down yet in other avenues (pinball machine, Hot Toys, Sideshow)...

Yeah the hulk is the only part of the set people want. I will probably end up with several hulk figures only for investment.

Ooh, I hope so. I noticed the Batcave is Temporarily Out of Stock as well. Hope they both go soon. I think TheDarkness is spot on, and I think the same about the Batcave.
