Sorry, first time I've heard about this topic. Mods feel free to delete my posts!

Not a biggy. You are just learning the ropes! ;)

got my catalogue with the coupon ... going to try and use it on what ever i see thats good ... doubt theyll stop me from using it on the big boys!!

I tried to use my coupon today at the Bellevue WA store on a Mini Modulars and was told it was excluded along with all other exclusives.  Asked the employee how to know what an exclusive was in the store and he motioned to a rather small rectangle of shelf space with other modulars, horizon express, HH, R2D2, VW, maybe a couple other things but definitely not everything.

I'm going to give the Alderwood store a call tomorrow and see if they have similar exclusions, given the "may not apply" verbiage on the coupon.

I am a VIP and haven't had a 10% coupon! Where thenhell should this coupon be in the catalogue?

It would be on the back cover.

Stupid question but, why don't us Brits ever get the coupons?

LEGO does seem to favor the US market over other countries, so it could be one of the reasons. The official reason is because the US toy marketplace is more competitive than other countries apparently.  :dontknow:
