Yes but it's a bit high IMO.

Note that I would have said "no" if you lived in europe (superman sets are "peg-warmers" here)

i might be better off using my three 76003 sets for spare elements or as kid birthday gifts than selling.   it's a total tank of a lego set (investment-wise) and one of the specific reasons in 2015 i've stopped buying superhero sets for investing.

US retail price was $49.99 and many of us have buy-ins in the low/mid-$20s.
