They are plans for custom modulars. Feedback seems good but I was wondering if anyone had tried to purchase these and had an estimate of much they would cost to build. Assuming you buy pieces from bricklink and LEGO.

This is a message from the seller regarding the second link I posted, the Victorian house. A lot of pieces!

**Victorian House**
Roof - Approx 6000 lego parts, with a lot of small cheap 1x1 or 1x2 parts.
Middle - Approx 5000 lego parts, with a lot of small cheap 1x1 parts.
Base - Approx 6500 lego parts, with a lot of small cheap 1x1 parts.

Garden + Fence - Approx 3750 lego parts, also with a lot of small cheap 1x1 parts.

I haven't bought one, not really interested in custom instructions. That is a lot of pieces! Sounds like that would take forever to build with that many pieces.

This seems like a pretty solid business. I mean once you construct the design once you sell it. Though, I will admit I have tried using LDD and I'm terrible at it. Does anyone on here sell custom LEGO designs?
