he says it is missing about 30 pieces, but they are all small and he made a list for me. Non of the expensive exclusive pieces are missing.

    Nice find! I don't think you'll make a ton of money, but it should be an interesting project and it looks like a fun build. This set is definitely on my "one day" wishlist.
