Have you tried contacting the seller?  The seem to have the feedback to suggest they know what they are doing.

No I have not contacted them but I sure would like to know how they can offer free shipping worldwide. Looks like most of their recent sales have been to Australia.

    I've thought about listing some items with crazy high prices and offering free international shipping. 41999 for $1000 w/ free shipping sounds good in theory, but I haven't tried it yet.

    I could understand doing that but a lot of the prices on this site are not much, if any higher than a lot others only selling in USA excluding shipping.
