Robotics Inventions System 2.0 - software update from Win 98?

Not sure if this should go in Technic, but seemed the closest topic:

 

Hi, have been given an old Mindstorms set and the software is for Windows 98 - it does appear to be working on Windows 7 but was wondering if there were ever updates available?

 

If so, could someone please point me in the right direction for a download?

    I do not think that there were every any updates for that. The good thing is that the program works.

    Yeah, the program does work, just looks a little old school now! Looking forward to experiencing Mindstorms for the first time!
