Black Pearl 8x5 flags?

I recently bought the set and being an absolute completest, I like to have the "extra items" that came with the set.  Can someone tell me how many "Plastic Flag 8 x 5 with White Skull and Crossed Cutlasses Pattern"  parts came with the set?  Did it come with 3 total?

    BrickLink shows that it came with two extras, for a total of three.

    That is what I thought. I went to Brick owl and the part wasn't listed. Seems weird to include two extra flags.
