August 4, 201312 yr My father in law just picked up a gallon bag of misc. Lego for my sons. Just stumbled on this brick that I have never seen before. Thanks in advance.
August 4, 201312 yr That looks like two separate pieces. If it is one piece, then I do not know where it could be from.
August 4, 201312 yr I think you might be able to find it by searching for 1x5 slope piece on bricklink. Never seen it though.
August 4, 201312 yr That looks like two separate pieces. If it is one piece, then I do not know where it could be from. It's two pieces. I can't think of any multi colored piece that isn't printed. The bottom angled piece is found in 20 sets. I can't find the other black piece at the moment, but I'll keep looking!!
August 4, 201312 yr Usually, LEGO prints the part number on the bottom side (in very fine print). If you put that part number in to Bricklink, you can pull up the sets that contain it in black. If you post the part number here, someone will be able to look it up for you. I think I have seen it before and believe it is one piece, not two.
August 4, 201312 yr Author It is two pieces. I just put them together so you could see how the black one sits. Seems like it would be good for doing a roof.
August 4, 201312 yr http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=6044 Nice job Tonysbricks. I was searching 1x4 and 1x5 instead of 1x3...
August 4, 201312 yr Author Thanks. The bag it came in was a real grab bag. Newer star wars and aqua stuff and some real old bricks.
August 5, 201312 yr http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=6044It seems so wierd few people even knew that part existed. I remember seeing it used quite a bit when I was younger. I wonder why Lego stopped using it?
