I wouldn't buy these---but thanks for the tip!  There might be a profit there at some point,,,not interested personally.  Better places to invest.

I was wondering what you guys and gals think about the 5771 Hillside House. I personally like it alot (doorbell) and I own one. I can still find them for about 60 euro around here. Will this be an investment winner or will it loose its value after EOL like most creator houses? Thanks in advance.

Great set and I see this hitting $125 - $150 USD no problem.

I think it will do quite well thanks to the doorbell.

I got two today at MSRP with 9 free polybags, and I can have 2 more sets with the same offer.

MSRP is still a bit high IMO to get more (and these polybags are worthless).

 

Any advice ?
