    It looks like a very good deal. The Burrow was one of the first of the newer Harry Potter sets to go EOL and has appreciated very, very well. The short term prospects look very good, but one has to wonder how high this set will appreciate when the rest of the Harry Potter sets go EOL and interest in this set subsides.
