I didn't buy, sell or not buy these sets today so I figured they needed their own post. I thought I had a handle on my inventory, but I had to go get some sets from my parent's house and came across this box of fun. I thought I had a bunch of these somewhere but never saw them anywhere so I just figured I already sold them. It's kind of like finding a hundred dollar bill in your pocket.

i was re-arranging my lego's today, and found the Lego Duck - the 2011 employee gift. Completely forgot i had that! it is such a neat set, especially for only 92 pieces

I have the opposite problem. I could swear I bought 6 of the Captain America Avenging Cycles. I've parted out 3, I have two in the vault... where is number six?!

I blame the cat.

That's like finding the Ark of the Covenant! Only these don't melt your face off. Instead, they'll just burn a hole in someone else's pocket.

Man, that was the first Lego Batman set I purchased ever. Definately a personal favorite for that reason alone.

I think thats way way more than hundred dollar bil haha

nice! that was the first lego set i bought at TRU after i got my first job! I still have it on display on my windowsill :D

I enviously await the day when my inventory grows big enough for me to forget about and then rediscover sets. It would be like picking up a candy wrapper off the ground and finding there are still a couple skittles inside :D

It's advisable to most investors to keep better track of their inventory though, right?

ha ha ha right! But when you need a warehouse like ME does for his inventory, things might get misplaced from time to time.

I'm pretty sure I would flip out if I found a bunch of those Batman sets! Couldn't contain the excitement!

I found a few 10188s........they were hiding under some dust.
