The pieces are probably from a racing themed sets. I could narrow down my search, but I have one question, do the pieces have stickers on them or not? I cannot tell.

I have some mystery pieces from a bulk purchase. Anyone have any idea what sets are represented by these pieces? Probably about 5-8 years old.

I could only find out where one of the pieces came from right now. The black piece in the upper left hand corner is either from set 8663 Fat Trax or 6111 Street Race. Hopefully, this helps you in your search.

Okay lets see...

Second Picture:

The two black slopes with the techno designs and the black 2x2 wedge piece are from 7703 Fire Vulture, not Thunder Fury. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=7703-1

The black 2x2 curved slope with silver markings could come from a variety of sets (three to be exact), all of them from racers http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=30602pb16

I couldnt source the far right red 1x4, but the front car design on the red 1x4 brick appears in 11 sets in that color, most of its appearances being in basic sets from the 90s http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3010p08&in=S

The 1x6 tile is from 7694 MT-31 Trike (Mars Mission) http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=7694-1

The yellow 1x4 tiles are all from a racer set, Tuner X http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8666-1

And lastly, the three red pieces in the upper left corner are from racer set 8130 Terrain Crusher http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8130-1

First Picture:

The black piece with the Yubi sticker is from the racers set called Mud Hopper, as is the white 1x4 curved piece http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8492-1

The white 2x2 tile with the red a nd blue triangles is from an old town set, Beach Bandit http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=6534-1

The yellow pieces are also from Tuner X http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8666-1

As earlier mentioned, the black hood piece with the three is from Fat Trax http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8663-1

Whew. That took awhile, hope it helped! If you need any more help with identification, just ask :)

Always happy to help ;)

Whomever found where those pieces are from, wow! Extremely impressed.  I recognize the 1x4 red pieces, and they are definitely from a bunch of sets.  I think I have a few of those stashed away somewhere.  Was always a disappointment when I built a red house and looked at it later to realize that it had car headlights built into it...

I actually enjoy these kind of things, looking for the  set from the piece is sort of like a scavenger hunt and helping Brickpickers is an added bonus :)

I would say the old racer cars or motorcycles.

Martin P, nolanfan, and I already answered the question...
