Does the Cars theme sell well on your area? (I'm assuming not considering how steep the discount is on this one.) Also is this set for investing or building?

I remember noticing a pattern with the Cars theme where the small sets are performing okay but the larger ones are not. (Hoping to do a article on this effect.) It looks like the value of this Ultimate Build set is gradually rising but very slowly. At this rate (if the growth continues), it could hit back at its own retail in two years. I hardly think this is worth it.

At best for that low, you could try a quick flip or part out the set maybe. I don't see much positive gains here truthfully.
