I listed a sealed 30th Gold C3P0 and some person kept emailing and asking how he can find one in a sealed boxed set. Needless to say, he never placed a Buy It Now offer after I asked if he was interested. Then I finally received a decent offer that I accepted. The UK buyer never paid after asking me twice if shipping will require a signature.

I won an open UCS Vader Tie Defender and the seller doesn't want to claim my payment via PayPal. Although feedback was low, his email is legit. I just sent him one.

My son wanted a Batman 1 Batmobile so I won one, Auction stated complete except for the road block. 16 minor elements ended up missing from both vehicles and seller shipped the set in the original lego box (wasn't listed in the auction) w/ supermarket brown paper around it. Never the less, the box was a pleasant surprise.

Feel free to also post any eBay feedback horror stories.

There should be an option to send an invoice either under the "More Actions" drop down on the righthand side of the sold listing on the classic seller page. Or on the Orders tab of the new Seller Hub if you've activated it.

No Idea about seller hub...I only do a few ebay transactions a month

There is not an option to invoice in the drop down...I think the best option would have been to refund and re-send an updated invoice, but concerns about the ebay 15% off coupon not working kills that option.  SO will likely skirt the rules a bit and try to go thru paypal

most of Asia buyers use forwarding service warehouse located in OR, most of south america buyers use warehouse located in FL.

I can verify that also. I have had many go to a shipper in Oregon for Asia buyers. They are great to deal with. I once sent 2 sets there by mistake and the set was very expensive (original lego fort new in box) they mailed back the expensive set when I let them know what happened. I ended up giving them their set around $50  free as I was so amazed they mailed it back and within 3 days in the exact condition it was mailed in.

Nearly all are dogs TBH, I'd walk away. The only sets that have a chance are the 75889 and 21042, but need to be >50% off.

The sale price is $450.00 delivered.

Sold some more items and I had to create an invoice for the buyer since they bought 2 items.  The address is from Pennsylvania but when I sent the invoice, the invoice email receipt I got was in some foreign language.  Anyone familiar with this?  Is it possible I am sending the items to a forwarding service?

As long as address is validated, send it.

as @iahawks550said, as long as the address checks out, send it. You can also do an online chat with ebay and have them validate it for you.

Tried chrome and I get "ask the community" rather than "chat us".  I sent another invoice and I still get a gibberish invoice back.  Sent the buyer a message hopefully they get back to me.

Oh, the invoice is in Russian.

We are in different time zones, I am in MI.  Will give it a look tomorrow.
