    are you an investor? If so its foolish to pay the inflated prices for sets that havent been released yet. I personally think even if you just want it to build, why can you just wait?

    Usually some web sites sell them before they should.  for example, a few of us used yoyo.com and picked up the new Sail Badge (needs Rhinoplasty and should be bigger) for an early July arrival.  There is a thread about it.  Most of us paid $100.
